Past: i was introduced to photography by my dad who purchased a Canon AE1 silver edition in 1975. We had just immigrated from South Korea, and my dad wanted to document us (family) and our new country called Canada. At this point, I was mostly standing in front of the lens rather than behind.
As i got older, was allowed to take the camera to outings to take pictures, and thats when it all started.
I remember taking a lot of pictures, however, i cannot remember where they have all gone to?
With the introduction of hockey and other sports, photography took a back seat until, first year of university.
I took an introductory to photography course using a pentax k1000 black and white film, shooting and developing. Fast forwarding to today, we are in the digital world.
I recently converted my gear from Canon full frame to Fuji mirrorless, and have to say, i love the fuji XT1 system. I mostly shoot with primes, my two go to lenses are the 56mm and 23mm.
I recently acquired a used X pro 1, and having with the range finder, optical viewfinder.
